Resource Sales Agreements

Message & Intellectual Property Agreement(Required)

I agree and acknowledge that the message to be delivered at our organization remains the exclusive intellectual property of Mr. Olakunle Soriyan. Following its delivery, a copy of the message will be provided directly to his Protocol Team for official archiving and stewardship. Our organization may reference, share, or apply the insights delivered, provided proper attribution to Mr. Soriyan is maintained. I also agree that the original material will be submitted to the Protocol Team immediately after the session to preserve the integrity and authorship of the content.

Code of Engagement Agreement(Required)

I agree that there will be provision of a display platform for the sale of his resources (a desk created specifically for sales of books and other materials), as well as the opportunity to announce them to the audience. Design elements will be shared with the media team to be displayed at the time of announcing these products.

Volunteers Agreement(Required)

I agree that there will be 2 to 4 volunteers present to coordinate the resources' sales stand with Mr. Soriyan's team. Their details will be provided 48 hours before the day of the event.

Budget & Travel Arrangements

What is the budget for honorarium/speaking fee?(Required)

Please be advised there is a $50,000.00 for for-profit organizations outside of Africa; $25,000.00 for for-profit organizations in Africa. Also, a minimum $15,000.00 for faith-based/Non-Profit organizations outside of Africa; and a minimum $10,000 honorarium/speaking Fee for Faith-Based/Non-Profits in Africa. Furthermore, it is a $6,000.00 for virtual events of any kind and for all groups. Do note fee can be higher depending on metrics known to our protocol team. Protocol team therefore reserve the right to know and approve final figures.

Flight arrangement information(Required)

Mr. Soriyan resides in Texas. Do note that Mr Soriyan only flies first class Within the United States and Business Class on international flights. And prefers Delta Airline where possible.
